[And, like always, Teddy listens to every word. When he's not looking down at the plankton glowing at their feet, he's looking at Billy, occasionally asking a question about the chemical, or where the habitat is, or if they ever naturally come to shore. And, of course, he's admiring the way his boyfriend looks; the soft glow below them is lighting him up not unlike the way his magic would, and the light of the moon accents the shadows on his face. It's magical without the magic, sort of, and Teddy can appreciate this sort of natural lighting.
Because of that, though, the ten minutes of rambling is more like fifteen minutes. But that's okay; Teddy loves to listen to Billy talk, loves to watch him gesture and talk with such enthusiasm, and he loves to learn new things because of his boyfriend.
