[Wanda knows pretty much nothing about Teddy. And what little she does know is not extremely useful for birthday-type celebrations or gifts. Plus, while she's not really upset with him any more, she still feels reeeeally awkward about how she behaved.
But.She wouldn't mind being friends, or something like friends.
Using his journal entry as a hint that hey! It's probably his birthday! She ventures out of her apartment, and around the village. She's flower picking. Of course, she avoids places that look like someone's garden, it's not her goal to destroy anyone's personal property, but there are enough little wild flowers that she can find three or so to suit her needs. They're mostly little daisy looking things.
Bringing the flowers back to her apartment and putting them in a simple, nondescript vase she picked up at a shop, she begins hexing them. Making the blossoms larger and more sturdy. Having achieved this, she then performs one of her favourite hexes: changing colours.
Focusing, and running her fingers over the flowers, she changes the colour of the blossoms to a nice, vibrant green; just like the green or his skin he showed her when he revealed he was a shape shifter. The centers of the flowers she makes yellow, like his hair. Thinking the stems blend in too much, those are then turned purple.
She takes this flower arrangement up to where she now knows he lives with Billy, and leaves it by the door. No note, no knocking. Just a gift, which, hopefully, he'll find and enjoy on his special day.
